Description of Accommodation

Special Kerala Hut : Our Special Kerala Huts are a traditional type of building; octagonal in shape with a roof made of coconut leaves, having sitting area and garden, one large ceiling fan, an open-air bathroom, no A/C, no refrigerator, no TV. They are naturally cooling.

Non-A/C Rooms : We have two categories of Non-A/C rooms (Sea View Room & Modern Kerala Cottage) Our Non-A/C Room is spacious and airy, having sitting area with garden, two large ceiling fans and a private bathroom. Each room with their own carefully tended garden and lovely view of the ocean, beach, and grounds. Sitting out on your patio for sunset is a truly wonderful experience. No A/C, no refrigerator, no TV.

A/C Rooms : Our A/C Rooms have same feature as the sea view rooms, but they are air-conditioned. We have five categories of A/C Rooms (Sea view, Modern Kerala Cottages, Modern Kerala Houses, Kottaram Houses and Wooden Kerala Houses). Compared to sea view rooms they have wide corridors and a spectacular garden with a hammock in some places. A gentle breeze continuously flows leaving exotic impressions. Amenities in the room: Flat screen cable TV, mini fridge, etc.

Healing Treatment Programmes

1. REJUVENATION PROGRAMME RasayanaChikilsa/BODY DETOX PROGRAMME ShodhanaChikilsa

This process aims to purify the whole body to attain balance in all the elements and bodily systems. During the healing period, treatments will include body massage, Snehapanam, Nasyam, Abhyangam, Kizhi, Vasthi, Dhara, Pizhichil, Thalapothichil, Virechanam, Steam bath and other internally administered medicines will be given.

2. LIVE LONG, LIVE YOUNG PROGRAMME KayakalapChikilsa

This is a major treatment package in the Ayurveda medicine system. It slows down the aging process, stops the degeneration of cells in the body, and boosts the immune system. Administering Rasyana (a special medicine) internally is the main part of the treatment but during the 28 days, the client will also undergo all the following: body massage, Snehapanam, Nasyam, Dhara, Pizhichil, Thalapothichil, Kizhi, Abhyangam and medicated steam bath. 3. PSORIASIS TREATMENT PROGRAMME SidhmaChikilsa

This treatment is very effective in treating all types of Psoriasis. The programme will include Lepanam, Abhyangam, Snehapanam, Pizhichil; medicated steam bath and. Clients will also be prescribed specific and especially prepared internal herbal medicines.

4. WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAMME

This programme involves 2 different types of massage using powders and oils, treatment using the medicated steam bath and a specifically prescribed mix of herbal juices and herbal teas. A very important part of the treatment is the special Ayurvedic diet which will be advised specifically for each client. It includes diet, Udvarthanam, Abhyangam, Padabhyangam, Kizhi, Steam bath & Yoga, etc

5. BODY BEAUTIFUL PROGRAMME

This treatment is to improve skin tone and complexion and improves the overall body condition. The programme involves herbal face packs, herbal cream massage, herbal oil massages, medicated steam bath treatments and herbal tea prescriptions. The ultimate bodily treat. It includes Abhyamgam, Dhara, Kizhi, face-pack, Thalapothichil, steam bath etc…

6. SPINAL CARE PROGRAMME

This programme is to promote overall spinal health – preventing potential problems in the future and treating already existing spinal complaints. Special massages, Kativasthi, Snehavasthi, Kashayavasthi, Pizhichil, Njavarakizhi are all included in the programme and a series of specific daily excercises will be advised which will be according to each client’s condition.

7. MEN’S HEALTH PROGRAMME

The Men’s Health Programme is to boost cardiorespiratory capacity, muscular capacity, flexibility and body composition as well as to improve social health, mental health, emotional health and spiritual health. The newly designed Men’s Health Programme heals major sexual problems such as erectile dysfunction, reduced or lost interest in sex, problems with ejaculation, low testosterone, prostate problems, male infertility problems and to boost libido. Thereby live a healthy dynamic life in this changing world. Treatments included: Snehana, Abhyangam, Elakizhy, Njawarakizhy, Annalepam, Kayasekam, Anuvasanavasthy, Yapanavasthy ,Shirodhara, Thakradhara, Thalapothichil,Thalam.
